RETURNS
Returns must reach us no later than 14 days from receipt of shipment.
Returns postage is to be paid by the customer. We are unable to offer free returns at this time. Parcel's are the customers responsibility until they reach us so we advise it's packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way.
Please retain proof of postage as we may ask you to provide this to us, should there be any issues with the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- In the original condition, unwashed and unworn
- DUE TO HYGIENE, EARRINGS ARE NON RETURNABLE
*Please note: should there be any marks, your return may be refused. Please take extra care when trying on your items.
How do I make a return?

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Payments can take up to 7-10 working days to clear through the bank.
